  The guy who was making the orders didn’t follow the instructions/tome he was serving customers in-front of me I placed my order using the self service machine and he was ignoring my order for almost 20 minutes… His name is Babul, after a coworker came to help and he apologized and made my order… Almost 1/2 hour waiting because he was just taking others customers

  Should be zero stars they are so unhelpful. I ordered through their site and had an issue with my order that I did not receive. They told me it was door dashes issue but wouldn’t provide me with a number for door dashes. I order through their website!

  This has to be the Subway location with the smallest portions I’ve ever seen. The employee puts lettuce on the sandwich like he’s counting each piece, and the cheese barely covers anything. When I asked for a little more lettuce, he said “it comes like this,” which i replied, no it does not, I visit Subway often and have never seen portions this small. The guy seems nice at first and says hi but as soon as you try to tell him anything he has this passive aggressive attitude. I even asked for extra chipotle sauce since he only put one 2 thin lines, After I mentioned it, he squeezed the bottle aggressively and made a mess on the sandwich with a bad attitude. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s always the same issue, usually with the same person. Not to mention the few times that I've ordered for pickup, where you are not watching him make the sandwich... Unfortunately, this will be my last time coming here. It's hard finding a good Subway location these days, at least here in NYC. Most of them try to cheap out on the ingredients or even cancel your pickup orders when they see you use a coupon or a free sandwich promo.
