I called and spoke to the manager and she didn’t even care, she just said she would refund me like it was a usual thing for them. She didn’t even care to resolved the problem by training the lady to do better. She just kept saying she would refund me. The principal is not the money lost it’s the fact that I don’t have breakfast and I would’ve had to drive all the way back there for a refund. They need to do better. I wish I could’ve post the picture I took of this burnt bagel twist and bacon, had to throw that shit in the garbage.

So the quality of the drink and food are also very poor. It's hard to believe that such a nice neighborhood would have this Dunkin’ with such bad quality and service.
