  I literally waited a whole day to post this because my husband told me to “just sleep on it” before writing anything while I was annoyed. So I did. And I’m still annoyed. First, the positives — because there actually are some. The food was SO good. Like actually impressive. And the inside of this Pizza Hut was adorable. I haven’t eaten inside one in forever and it felt so nostalgic, like being a kid again going out with my parents. The whole vibe was cozy and cute and I genuinely loved it. But our waitress, Sam? Not it. Every single time someone walked in for takeout she would immediately run to the register like we just didn’t exist. My husband and I were sitting there with empty drinks more than once just waiting. And waiting. It felt like we were competing with the front counter for basic attention. And when she wasn’t ringing people up? She was just standing there talking to the cashier — the girl with the purple hair and glasses — like fully in conversation. Laughing. Hanging out. Meanwhile we’re at our table wondering if we’re ever going to get checked on. It honestly felt awkward. It’s just frustrating because everything else was such a good experience. The food? Amazing. The atmosphere? So cute. But service really matters, and being ignored kind of ruins the whole thing. We might stop again on our way back to Vermont because the pizza really was that good. I just really, really hope we get a different waitress next time because I’d love for the service to match the vibe.

  Ordered a thin and crispy pizza ....28.00.to go ..had pepponi, sausage, blk olives..... Should have looked at it in the restaurant..big mistake...opened it up at home to find it totally burnt to a crisp.....dried up toppings......unbelievable !..I will not be going back any time soon.....it wasn't like they were busy and forgot about it ...actually I was their only customer...

  10/10/2025 We will start with I normally do not order out for food, or write reviews. Be said, I ordered a 2 pizza combo with boneless wings and bread sticks. Upon arriving to the restaurant the kitchen manager was yelling at one of the employees. While 5 people were waiting for their takeout orders. While this was going on one of the girls putting pizza orders in the warmer and leaves 3 orders on the countertop to go cold. They sat out for about 10-15 minutes. Now onto my order. I ordered a veggie pizza a cheese pizza bread sticks and hot boneless wings. Took about 40 minutes. I was told they were waiting on the chicken wings. I said that’s fine. I received my food and left. Once I got home I noticed that the chicken was not coded in any wing sauce. Both pizzas were undercooked and cold. I am making this know so if anyone else has had an issue please contact their restaurant.
