Rude and disrespectful. I love this location but that one chick definitely ruined it for me. Stay away from this location as long as that one employee is still there.

We ordered 2 wake up wraps and waited 20 minutes for pur food. We got to the car and realized we were charged for 2 bagel breakfast sandwiches. The staff were joking about farting and coughing into their hands. Very disappointed in the staff behavior infringement of customers.

Came in nov15th to a slammed store, totally get that! Waited, got my food, it was great and left no issues. I came in today, nov16th, to one car in the drive-thru, and just me in-store. I waited 20 minutes, had to ask if my food was coming out, and right as I'm pulling into my home, I looked at my $6 meal deal, to find no egg, no cheese, and no bacon in my crossaint, and a radnom wake-up wrap I didn't order either. This wouldn't be the first time either, but they are usually really good on orders, and I more than understand a wait when they're busy. But come on
