  My friend and I came here on a Saturday around 11. She had a take out order and I had my dog with me so I decided to go through the drive through after she picked up her take out order. She got into the car and as we were going through the drive through she opened up her package of munchkins. She specifically ordered chocolate, blueberry, and wedding cake. In the box was mostly glaze with the exception of 2 wedding cake and 3 blueberry. So when we got to the window I very politely explained her order and asked if they were out of chocolate munchkins. The worker with the purple hair came over and I explained again. She snatched the box out of my hand and went to put chocolate munchkins in the box and then gave it back to me. She had an incredibly rude demeanor. Even the other worker was almost apologetic for the worker’s behavior. And then when we got my order they forgot an item too... Overall not a great experience. I don’t typically write reviews but she was incredibly unkind and I went about it as politely as possible.

  2/17/2026– Wow!! What a difference a day makes. Went through drive thru using mobile order app. Person working drive thru was rude. Used drive thru day before and total 180 on customer service. The crew on 2/16/26 was very friendly and accommodating. Mobil order had a glitch and this crew offered a solution and an explanation to the mobil glitch. Thank you crew on 2/16. To the morning person in 2/17 fake it until you can’t make it, then change your shift & change your mood.

  I am a regular at this Dunkin and after Saturday I think the service was horrible. especially the lady with brown hair that is young. That chicken deserves to be fired. Rude and disrespectful. I love this location but that one chick definitely ruined it for me. Stay away from this location as long as that one employee is still there.

  We were in on the 27th around lunch time. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and one person ahead of us. We ordered 2 wake up wraps and waited 20 minutes for pur food. We got to the car and realized we were charged for 2 bagel breakfast sandwiches. The staff were joking about farting and coughing into their hands. Very disappointed in the staff behavior infringement of customers.
