  从我点餐到取到我的食物长达40分钟！我非常不理解，为什么会这么慢！简直是无可理喻这种事情，一家快餐店能让顾客等待40分钟，我在其他店只需要几分钟，或者10分钟左右就能取到食物，好心情被这样的一家店搞糟糕透了！！！

  Left a bag here recently and when I called back they confirmed that they had it. It contained a prescription medication—a controlled and difficult to obtain substance. We agreed that I would come pick it up and then when I arrived it was “missing” and everybody claims that it was never reported and was never seen which is impossible as it was right in front of them as well. They continue to deceive me and claim that nobody saw it, it’s not there and all the people who were there that day (Friday) are apparently either minors or “spending time with family” and cannot be contacted.

  They need to bring back cashiers. I do not like feeling like Im a cashier ringing my own order.
