- ATAnne TessitoreDec 22, 20211.0HORRIBLE! STORE FILTHY! WORKERS FILTHY! Ordered a holiday cake days in advance. Got to store at selected pick up day and time and no cake. This is the second time in a row this has happened at this location. Story told was there was a mix up and it was taken but they made another one the previous night and would be at the location later in the day. Too late. Truth most likely is they sold my cake and didn't get the new one onsite in time. Then tried to tell me I couldn't get a refund at the store that I needed to go online. Not correct. The email confirmation clearly states to contact the requested pick up store to cancel or make changes. Constantly requesting the employees to wear their masks correctly and not under their chin. This location needs to be visited by the Dept. of Health, which I am sure they will shut it down.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
