    Visited the4009 21 st location on Jan 4th around 7 PM. The dine in was quick, and the staff member was friendly. Got the Cheesy Gordita Crunch and a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito. The Gordita was perfectly crisp, and the burrito was hot and well-filled, great value for money .

    The most inefficient Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. They couldn’t even find our mobile order we made through the app. Then we waited over an hour for food. I saw other mobile delivery drivers waiting over an hour. I see people working standing around doing nothing or taking 5 minutes to make a single burrito. Absolutely unacceptable.

    Who was working December 28, 2025 at 3:30 PM? Not a single item in my order was correct and the food that was in the bag was so sloppily thrown together and disgusting looking, I couldn’t even eat it. Missing THREE total items (a Cantina Quesadilla, Dipping Burritos, and Pintos and Cheese) and the other items were made completely wrong. Not a single one of the six containers of sauce that comes with my items was in the order. Overall, the order was handled so badly that I had to initiate a full refund with Uber Eats. Will not be ordering from here again.

    Worst taco bell i've ever been to. $50, Portions were all way too underweight (i weighed them), sloppy, soggy, falling apart, wrong items in the order, about one teaspoon of sauce on the side that i paid extra for. The workers were super sweet though. will never go back.
