  Everytime I placed a order on the McDonald's app for pick up , when I get there to pick up my food , I go to the pick up section by the counter , all the workers ignore me every time . I can see my order sitting there thru the glass , I say excuse me , the workers complete ignore me & walk by me like I'm not speaking to them . I wait about 10 minutes before someone finally acknowledges me & decides to give me my food. By time I recieved my food, everything is cold . This is a on going situation, there is no customer service at this location at all, especially at the front counter , its horrible !!!

  They totally ruined the food. Every part of the order was incorrect and the meat was cold.

  Grissell? was that her name...seemed pleasant and working hard; then she totally ignored me, and my request. unforgettable. customers, what an interruption to work, right?

  Why do you allow all those deliveries guys together inside, they take over the entire section of the restaurant. We cannot enjoy our meal in peace. They talk loudly, they're not consuming any food and they don't care about their surroundings why do you allow that? I have spoken to several managers about this issue nothing seems to be done. Please let me know how are you going to remedy this on-going issue.
