  I ordered online on the website for pickup. And when I came to the store to pick up my order, they said they had no more of the item I ordered and offered to substitute it for something else. I was not interested in that and asked for the refund. Cashier said she'll have to speak with the manager. She spoke with the manager and the manager said the refund will be issued back to the card because it's an online order. It's been 2 weeks and no refund was given for the food I paid for but never received.

  FOOD: I thought the menu was rather funny. They had the same product over and over in different ways for example, you can order the chicken & waffles or the chicken and waffle sandwich. Nothing wrong with this ( in fact I respect the hustle) but at the end of the day they serve chicken and they do it well! I personally tried the tenders with their original spicy seasoning as well as tenders with Lemmon Pepper. Both flavors were outstanding. They had lightly seasoned fries and to my surprise bread to soak up the chicken juice…but there was no juice because it was a dry rub. SERVICE: the person who took my order was fine. Not overly kind but an average New York local on a weekday kinda service. Though I did witness the clerk taking time to clean the lobby when not taking orders. I respect a hard working employee. Maybe me feel like they are taking good care of my food. ATMOSPHERE: well, you don’t come to this place for the vibes. It’s a very sterile environment left with nothing more than the menu on the wall as decoration. The seats were cheap metal seats as were the tables. Clearly this place is built for take out ( though I happened to dine in) Having said all of this. The food was great the price you pay for the amount of food is perfect and it’s a really tasty local spot to check out when you visit Astoria.

  I bought the a sandwich for my son yesterday and he said that this is the best Chicken he ever had in his life. I tried it and it was really wow.
