They have two lanes in the drive thru to place your order which then merge into one to reach the windows. Due to dietary restrictions, we often have a hard time getting our orders correct, so we either have to get out of the car to get it corrected or go back through the drive through, which is frustrating. Several times I ordered a plain bacon quarter pounder and they excluded the bacon. If I didn't want bacon, I would have just ordered a quarter pounder not a bacon quarter pounder. Customer service is good. Sometimes the staff appears to be overwhelmed, which causes them to forget to include utensils needed for breakfast, but they are always pleasant and attentive. One of my favorite McDonald's locations.
