- JVJon VaneOct 5, 20251.0This is right next to the train station - train said it wasn’t coming in for another 10 minutes. There was really no one in line so I popped in to get a latte. I walked in there - customers are sitting on the counters. Where people eat and drink. As someone who works in hospitality this is a big no no. I ordered the latte and and wait. And wait. So much that I checked on the train and now it’s two minutes away. So I say hey if you guys are busy (they weren’t cause two workers were just standing there) just give me a coffee and I’ll be on my way. Takes 10 seconds to pour some coffee right? Now they want to make a latte. Wouldn’t give me a coffee. They said wait one minute. I knew I didn’t have a minute. So the train arrives, and I had to be on that train. So I ran out. And yes I did give my piece of mind as I left. 10 minutes and you’re not busy is not acceptable. I didn’t get a coffee. I ran and barely made the train. And I lost $5
- KWK WSep 3, 20251.0Beyond rude behavior and slow service. Dunkin Donuts really needs to check up on these franchises. I ordered two wraps and an orange juice for my child before school yet they made us late. The place was not crowded yet they dragged making my wraps. I had to remind the lady and she never started on my order. Then triggered me when she tried to give me one jelly sauce for two wraps thats for two people. She asked for 0.40 cents which i refused since each wrap comes with a sauce. The hesitation for jelly is terrible!!! People have work and school to attend. I highly dislike Dunkin and the type of workers they have. Also my wrap has nasty old eggs and i had to trash it. Im. Mad because i sent my kid to school with one and hoping she doesn’t get food poisoning. I will report to the health dept and never shop this brand.
