Please Let me know who is going to pay for my towing ticket which is $141 including tax (JDLA Towing & Storage Inc. License # 2128174-DCWP) ? If anyone had the same problem about illegal towing or force to pay cash in order to get back the car, call 311 or call the police. That was a horrible experience.
