- AAARON ANov 16, 20251.0Even if you go an hour before closing, they'll turn you away, saying they're washing the machines and can't make espresso or Americano. Their coffee is always terrible and never fresh. This is one of the worst shops around. Stay away. Even though I live here, I just go to another shop and leave. The store managers clearly don't know how their employees treat customers during the day. They need to address this immediately.

When I politely asked to use the restroom to wash my hands before having my coffee the employee/ manager refused. This is shocking not only is it rude, but it’s likely a violation of health regulations since a sit-down establishment is supposed to provide restroom access to paying customers. If a business wants people to eat and drink on the premises, they should also allow basic hygiene. This was an unpleasant and unhygienic experience, and I will not be returning. I also intend to report this to the local health department for review.
