I've been a lifelong customer and been to this location for many years but now it's time I say something. They don't properly mix the drinks, I ask to add in sugar to my drink and it tastes like there was nothing added to my tea, I order ice coffee and I never realized dunkin changed how they brew coffee until this remodel l, so now it just tastes more bitter and watery. And the guy who makes my matcha drinks barely even mixes them. Just some light shakes and calls it a day when all the matcha power sits in the bottom of a cup full of milk. Didn't they use to care about what they give people? Didn't they actually mix and blend using a blender? Or even a spoon? This location has single handedly lost a lifetime customer.

Drinks tasted super watered down and were simply not the same flavors that kept me loyal to this location all this time. Not to mention the new decor is the same cold, soulless grey that corporate seems to be pushing everywhere :( Not 1 star because the overall experience was fine (aside from the drink being a 4/10 at most) and the employees were nice enough. Hopefully I can update with an improved rating soon.
