  They are good. Prices better than in the city. Very busy location. They keep the line moving. Service is good. Lots of holiday decor and merchandising. Stopped in for a hot drink before taking the train into the city. The train station is elevated and it is a cold 2026 beginning of January day.

  I’ve seen so may bad reviews and coming from someone who’s literally lived blocks away from this Dunkin for over 15 years I never had an issue. I always go in the morning and for the reason behind the 4 stars is because if it isn’t the morning crew then the coffee isn’t as good. I always get greeted and never had an issue. In fact I’ve seen some people yell at the staff and they still handled it professionally and it’s the customer that are being rude. If you treat someone nicely they will treat you nicely that’s the whole point of treat others how you want to be treated. I give the staff props for the amount of stuff they deal with especially when they are very busy. Love the morning crew. And heres a prime example I was always nice and even ask how they are and over the years they started doing the same and even offer a free donut or munchkins here and there to me. This is the best Dunkin I’ve had in Astoria no other location makes my latte good like them

  ive lost count of how many times in a row they’ve messed my order now (which is usually just a coffee). At this point it’s my fault for coming here

  They don’t use ice scoopers when handling ice for drinks — that’s unsanitary. Touching ice directly can transfer bacteria or debris from their hands. The Department of Health should really inspect this place.
