- HHHanadiNov 7, 20251.0The staff here is inconsistent with customer service all the time.. they give great everyday service the same day the inspector seems to be around. They tell some customers the holiday cups are available and then tell others they “don’t have any” even on the same day. This would be my second attempt at trying to get just one. It feels unprofessional and unclear. I just want the same treatment as everyone else. So disappointing.

I go there every morning to get breakfast and these people are so focused on the mobile orders and don’t care for the people that come in to order. The manager of this location Moni is so rude and she just sits there and yell at her coworkers while she sits and does nothing. Something needs to be done about this because she is in need of training
