  They open at 6am and the workers don’t arrive until 6am, so when you walk in at opening you need to wait as they are still putting donuts in the rack opening registers etc…. You would think if Dunkin opens at 6 they should already be set up and ready to start serving at 6. There is never anyone at the register when you walk in. You stand there and wait as they are talking and laughing on the side area. When they finally get to the register to take your order you are met with what I can only describe as a dead soul. No smile no what can I get for you, good morning , nothing. they stare you with a blank face. Start to give them your order and in their language they start talking and giggling interrupting while giving your order and then you have to repeat it 2 or 3 times because they do not pay attention. They are the slowest most unhappy looking people i have ever seen at any dunkin. They only have 2 people in there at any given time and the manager is usually in the chair on the side even when there is a line to the door. The only time i see them with a little pep in their step and a half smile is when the inspector or actual owner shows up. To sum it up avoid this Dunkin at all costs, they do not deserve your business. Unfortunately for me I have no choice as I work in the area. Sad miserable people should not be in customer service.

  The staff here is inconsistent with customer service all the time.. they give great everyday service the same day the inspector seems to be around. They tell some customers the holiday cups are available and then tell others they “don’t have any” even on the same day. This would be my second attempt at trying to get just one. It feels unprofessional and unclear. I just want the same treatment as everyone else. So disappointing.

  I have not had any kind of experience like this from any dunkin store what i experienced today.The lady who works there is very harsh to customers and it looks like she does not want anybody to come to the store.I have not seen anybody has this kind of attitude to customers.very poor management.my friend also had the same experience before.so i thought of writing a review.it is very disappointing.if you want to keep the store open and want to act like this to customers,please keep a board that 'customers are not allowed inside.Am very much disappointed the way she treated me for no reason.Very poor.
