When I called on Friday to check on it they told me she would not be in on Saturday. She had specifically told me not to expect the name or the decorations put on the cake until we showed up so they wouldn't be left holding a cake with someone else's name on it if we never came. But if she was not going to be there herself on Saturday who is going to decorate the cake and put my granddaughter's name on it.? Now they won't pick up the phone and I can't talk to anyone not the manager or anyone in the store. I don't know if there is even a cake in existence. Most unprofessional service I have ever encountered

I'm not sure they look after their products properly.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
