- TSToni SotoApr 17, 20251.0The women behind the counter had her back turned and when I was trying to get her attention to purchase some ice cream by simply saying “ hello excuse me” she turned around rolled her eyes and proceeded to give me my order she placed a spoon in my ice cream and handed it to me without a cover or bag I then asked her to cover it and place it in a bag she handed me both the cover and the bag for me to do it myself. I politely paid for my order and walked out I will be calling and complaining about her as well this type of customer service has to end.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
