  Always good service, usually busy during lunch and dinner hours, food is always made correctly and well, always tasty and warm. I've enjoyed many times with my friends and partner here. You do have to wait, but only because it is so busy during rush hours.

  Overall poor, ok wait time, double quarter pounder had little to no toppings, they forgot my mcnugget sauces, had to ask for my drink, and of course no straws.

  The food is McDonald's. It's what I grew up with. So it's not "good", it's just what's been normal since I was a child. I always walk inside because, on paper, it SHOULD be a lot faster than getting in a line of 20 cars. Sometimes it is but most of the time it's a coin flip. Most of the time the counter gets ignored in favor of the drive-thru. It's still faster to walk in but not by much. I always go for whatever bargain basement deals I can get on the app. My reasoning is that if I'm going to die 5 years sooner for eating this slop, I'm not going to pay a premium. For the most part it works out, but McDonald's (the corporation) gets really weird about the Mac sauce. I'm sure they buy it a thousand tons at a time and there must be a 55 gallon drum of it in the back room. So it literally does not cost them one penny more than any other ingredient on a burger. But the corporation gets all weird when you want to substitute it for something else. The kiosk won't let you substitute Mac sauce so I never use the kiosk. You wrote the rules. So don't throw people at the store level under the bus when I substitute, you charge me $0.25 and that puts me over the $2 minimum purchase for the deal on the app 🤪 Speaking of people at the store level, I never encounter anybody rude. Management does a good job with what's available in the lousy Lockport labor pool. The only downside is that they put the trainees at the counter. And they almost always have to call a manager to override the corporate programming. I still eat there so overall it's a positive experience.
