I understand you put ketchup on both buns, but saturating both buns in ketchup is a bit much. They remade it but didn't even toast the bun on the remake. My suggestion, go to another restaurant that is warmer, has warm water to wash your hands in, and actually makes the food correctly. Especially when you pay $22.00 for a burger, fry, and drink.

My only complaint besides the price was the fries. They were overly salted for my taste. Burger was spot on well made. Price for the order was a nickel shy of 20 bucks. That's very steep for what I got but that is normal pretty much any where now.
