  I went in at 4:00 PM and ask for potato soup, it's 35 degrees out and no freeking potato soup, these restaurants don't care anymore!!!!

  I was in Wednesday the 8th. Got 2 meals with 2 drinks and a bagel. When we first walked in my daughter ran right towards the cookies. The young gentleman behind the register smiled. I told her she could have a cookie after she ate her lunch. After she ate we picked out a cookie. The same young gentleman said hey you got 2 drinks with your meal right? I said, yes. He says to me for future reference for each drink you buy with a meal you get half off baked goods. I said okay great hook it up let’s do it. He then says “oh sorry, I can’t do that now it’s for future reference.” I ran restaurants for 21 years. I also was going to pay with a $100 bill and he said he had to get a manager and I said no don’t bother i’ll pay with a card. So you will retrieve your manager for change but not to give my 4 year old a discount on her cookie that we earned. If it was me I would have rang the cookie in and comped the cookie. Society is deteriorating quickly. It’s about the principle not the $3.88. Won’t go back.

  Always a good tasting meal. The wife and I split a meal. PB staff ensured we had an extra plate. Very nice.

  I’m genuinely disappointed with this location. I think Panera food is awesome but the service or getting orders out correctly is horrendous. I had to go back and get my order redone Because first time they gave me someone else order second time they got my order wrong and third time they got my order wrong. I get the same thing every single time. Without fail almost every time I go there, something is done incorrectly like not giving me bread with chili or just getting my sandwich entirely wrong. Please remedy this because I don’t wanna have to drive 7 miles to the next one when I’m down the road from this location. Just to reiterate 80% of the time, my order is incorrect and I have to go in and have them fix it or I get home and don’t notice it and I’m forced with the wrong order. Please fix this and you’ll be great
