  The manager was angry /wild /violent ,shouted and harassed and embarrassed and threatened to call cops, if I dont be leave without even placing an order ,only because I tried several times to make him understand that his employee at drive thru does not understand the word shamrok ,even after requesting her three times ! I tried to explain in several ways ,even asking her to check the photo of that green drink they are advertising in their store window !! She obviously lacks schooling beyond high school and does not understand English more than very basic,or if someone talks to her in a different way than her ! She could have just said ,sorry ,I dont understand,can you drive to the window ? But she started to talk down and demean me by saying ,what you mean? What are you saying ?I don’t get it ! Unfortunately,these people speak only very elementary/street smart English ,not the more refined or polite English.there was total lack of politeness or kindness from the young people working here . instead she got an angry and disrespectful young man who threatened me to leave ,or he will call cops ! He obviously was not a gentleman, and behaved in totally unkind and tribal way .his face went red yelling at me ! and he started to accuse me of embarrassing this employee who lacks basic training and does not understand the name of the drink she is selling !!! Instead of saying sorry she didn’t understand,I will help you .he is definitely not mature or calm to handle any form of miscommunication.Ask them to calm down ,dont threaten customers of calling cops ,if you dont understand your own menu items !!! Especially,because I look different they found me as an easy target !! Can you please investigate, and teach then multiculturalism and basic human courtesy and patience .i tried to be patient with them ,without getting upset. Just asking them to atleadt know names of items they sell & atleast smile 😊,instead of fighting with customers when you don’t know your job and language .English is spoken in different ways by different people .font fight and embarrass and threaten people who don’t look like you ,if they say things differently than you ,but still in polite english !!!! McDonald needs to train better and teach multiculturalism and not hire angry frustrated people who dont want to learn or work .

  Most of the time we go here, the food and service is great, just dont set your expectations to 100%. Like most people these days, the product they put out isn't always near as good as you hope it would be, but food still tastes good. and service is generally decent.

  Friendly cashier took my order, handed me my cup, and another person delivers my food before I was done filling my drink. The food was hot and the facility was clean. That’s is a perfect experience for a McDonald’s
