    Completely messed up my order… wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Employees were screaming at each other as I pulled up to the window to pay. Sat in line for about 5 minutes to wait for them to stop yelling at each other before they opened the window and take my money

    There's always a wait. I'm pretty sure we waited 20+ minutes for a 6 piece bucket. And the ladies before us were waiting longer obviously. I got my last part of my order out before the food my partner ordered before mine.

    this is probably the most poorly run franchise that I’ve ever been to, I have come here on two different occasions and had to wait 20 and 30 minutes for my food. Bunch of employees in the back, making my food seemingly fooling around But providing customers with service for the hard earned money. This will be the last time that I give this location, a chance of my business. The atmosphere the service is overwhelmingly poor.
