Since it's made to not offend anyone, thus mass "appeal," it lacks interest/soul; simply put, its uninspiring. But they do a good job with what they do and they have nailed consistency. I've been to two locations recently and both had the same big problem with staffing. In both cases the dining areas were a mess with tables bad and the floor awful, looked like a school cafeteria floor after a food fight. Clearly, in both cases, they were missing that key employee at that moment. We get it, people call in sick. If I were the manager, I'd be out there with a sweeper, setting a good example and cleaning the floors.

Go to eat my sandwich (paid for extra cheese, extra basil and extra sauce and this is what I got. Pretty disappointed with how our food came.
