I decided to try the hot honey snack wrap despite all my previous fails, I think I'm a glutton for punishment! You can't beat the price for a large soda and snack wrap. The soda was cold and well carbonated but unfortunately overflowing. The chicken on the wrap was yet again charred but at least edible. Paying attention to your warming times and when food needs to be disposed of could easily rectify the issue. Loved the new hot honey sauce, it definitely packs some heat! No wait time at drive through this visit. And this wrap did contain a chicken tender!

Food was unfortunately thrown together, ex. burgers and chicken sandwich had very little condiments and toppings. Chicken tenders tasted like they had been sitting around for a while.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my most recent visit I feel it’s important to share my experience. My girlfriend and I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, and while I understand the restaurant was busy, things went downhill quickly. After reaching the second window, we were asked to pull ahead to the third-window waiting area. We ended up waiting there for over 30 minutes. During that time, multiple employees came out to our car with various orders asking if they were ours—none of them were. In total, about 15 cars that were behind us in line got their food before us.
Eventually, my girlfriend had to go inside to ask for our food, and that’s when we were told the order had been “lost.” They prepared it again, and we left. Most of the order was correct, but unfortunately one of the McChickens was partially undercooked. Thankfully she didn’t eat the undercooked part, but it was still alarming and completely unacceptable.
What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the third time we’ve had issues like this at this location. I understand mistakes happen, and I respect how busy fast food can get, but this pattern is concerning—both for customer experience and food safety. I’m hoping the management takes this feedback seriously so this location can improve moving forward.
