  I hate leaving bad reviews, but I had to put this out here to save future customers potential headaches. I picked up an antibiotic for my daughter and ran out of medicine on dose 9 out of 14. When I called the pharmacy to inquire as to why we we didn't have enough medicine, they insisted that I had enough and that I must have mis-measured. I assured them that I had measured meticulously, and the agent made a comment about there being 2 bottles of medicine, and that it should have been enough. I told him I only received ONE bottle, not two, at which point he did some checking and came back on the phone, sheepishly admitting that the second bottle was still there, that they had failed to give me both bottles, and that I would need to come get it. This cost me 45 minutes round trip plus the cost of gas to go do this. When I got there, the employee at the window said there was no such prescription for my child. At this point, I was really irritate and insisted that they go take a second look. A few minutes later he came back with it. They are very friendly at this location, but clearly disorganized, with employees that are not well trained. I love that they are available after hours, but they need to do better at training their employees so customers don't get misinformation, get shorted on medicine and have to make extra trips due to REPEATED employee errors.
