- WAWilliam A4 days ago1.0This afternoon 11/20/2025 I go through the drive thru for an order I placed on the app. When I got to the window, the employee approached the window appeared upset and told me that since it was an order placed on the app, either I come in and grab it or I will come out to you in which I found it odd that she wanted me to drive around and come in to grab my order. Just a reminder that this Dunkin Donuts is located in a Gas Station. I go in and wait for my order and began noticing customers walking in after me and began placing orders on the Kiosk located right by the counter. Shortly after, the customers began receiving their orders as I am still waiting. I'm looking at this employee and I'm like "Are you serious?" Then she comes up to me and claims that she forgot about my order which is absolutely unacceptable. Seeing me that I am very upset, she rushed my order not knowing exactly what I ordered or not knowing that it was correct. This place is a damn joke for hiring someone that can't comprehend or apparently can't remember the orders that the customers have placed. No excuses regarding the service i have received today. Management needs to step it up and take some sort of action regarding the service I have received today.

I had trouble placing am order, and trying to get a human to help was nearly impossible. Then, after I finally completed my order, it wouldn't accept cash. This is BULLSHIT! DON'T HAVE A BUSINESS IF YOU CAN'T USE ACTUALLY PEOPLE!!! I left pissed off, with no food. Going to an actual Dunkin with actual human beings working there!
