I don’t know if it’s a combination of never scheduling enough people or poor process for keeping things moving or maybe both. I travel a lot for work and I’m used to busy Dunkins during rush hour but I never wait this long in even longer lines than what I wait here with shorter times.
- RGRiley GallagherNov 18, 20251.0i just witnessed a girl come up to the counter and complain about her cheese being freezing cold. not to mention she said that this was her second time going up there because of the cheese. they had already remade it for her and clearly didn’t warm it up like she asked. the workers proceeded to tell her that that’s how the cheese is supposed to be. with a nasty attitude. as a frequent customer at dunkin i know that the cheese is in fact not supposed to be cold. it’s actually supposed to be melted onto the egg. this poor girl started to cry and her whole family got up and walked out. it was extremely rude, and horrible customer service. had i been talked to that way by the workers things would’ve went way different.
