My bowl has never been less filled, I asked for double protein but I barely guy one normal serving of meat. Rolled his eyes at me, no pleasant customer service. Establishments hire anybody nowadays, I am utterly disappointed. Properly train and hire people who understand THAT IS THEIR JOB. They act like the food comes out of their paycheck. Then the lady who checked me out made me wait and was staring into the abiss while I was waiting for her to hand me my food. Then I pay for a large bag of chips and receive only a regular. I don't leave reviews but I am so irritated. DO BETTER.
- EEeve evan'sDec 24, 20251.0where do i start, first of all the lady serving me my food with dreads and light skin was so disrespectful almost like all these customers are a burden, i couldn’t hear her question and asked her to repeat and she screams “ANY VEGGIES” im like no .. and then she continues to just be so disrespectful i asked for more guac because she gave me the tiniest little bit when im playing extra for this and she bangs the spoon aggressively like it was so unnecessary. then the cashier had asked if she could make a side of queso for me and she rolled her eyes and said “yeah if you put gloves on and do it yourself”. you could tell the cashier looked fed up 🙄i would give this place 0/10 stars. luckily the cashier wasn’t bad and made my experience feel a little better but jeez u can’t hire better employees chipotle ?!
