Anyway I get there at 1 and had my buritto made along with my family's and didn't get the 2 for 1 because of the time. I'll just go to the other 12 places that take care of there veterans. However, they have the worst customer service that I have experienced. At my most recent visit, I was over charged by $7 (more than half of what my order total was). The total seemed off so I asked the cashier to double check my total to my receipt. The totals did not match. She got her manager and he was essentially useless. All he had to say was “I do not see a transaction for that amount”. I just made the purchase and showed him the charge on my credit card and the receipt of my order. Still he did nothing. To top it off, chipotle online customer support said “they cannot reimburse every order that isn’t satisfying”. I find it humorous that they over charge customers and then make it impossible to get the situation rectified.
