  Looks like the regular manager quit. I go to get a coffee this morning mind you I come here two times a day cause I work next-door. The lady told me she cannot cash me out Because they were busy. This lady they have their every morning the older lady with the blonde hair she’s gotta go. She’s terrible and does not know what she’s doing. This place sucks!!

  I ordered an ice coffee and it came almost totally creamer. No coffee color at all and not stirred. Iasked to have half dumped and coffee added and they rook it and did nothing. I drove away and tasted it and it was disgusting. I went back and they mad another just like. Not stirred either. I left both there. I have never had a problem with an ice coffee. I guess there is a reason there were no customers there.

  They are very rude at this Dunkin and they never get the order correct, seriously how do you mess up every time on a mobile order ,you literally have to read the directions of the drink and whatever food you get , let’s say if you get a coffee with cream and a wake up wrap and two donuts , you get to the window and they give you the coffee and wake up wrap but they forget the donuts and when you tell them they give you an attitude and when you go to drink the coffee it’s a black coffee they forgot the cream or if you get a iced drink with 4 milk and 3 of the swirl flavors and you get it and it barely has milk and they put in the unsweetened flavors and the drink taste bad and when you tell them they give you an attitude. They really don’t care at this Dunkin they are only there for a paycheck.

  I don’t usually write bad reviews as i myself work in the food industry and know it can be difficult at times but everytime i come to this location i have a terrible experience. For some reason they can never get my order right and i genuinely just think its an issue of not wanting to work. Today I went for a simple plain bagel with veggie cream cheese, not only did i not get the veggie cream cheese but they literally just put a slither of cream cheese on it, no joke there was like half a teaspoon on cream cheese on it. I ordered at drive thru and at first glance i did notice the worker taking my order on her phone. I didnt think much of it but after having another bad experience it makes sense to me that these workers simply just do not care. I went back inside after driving 15 minutes back to the location to get a refund and the lady that took my order at drive thru was at the register and i voiced my concern that id like to speak with a manager for a refund and showed her my bagel. Her response was calling the manager while scrunching up her face at me, ok whatever, i dont understand the attitude when she clearly saw the bagel was not to be sold like that. Lucky the manager helped me out and the experience wasnt bad because i was being super nice about it, but the whole vibe was just off!! This location is just attitude and workers who dont want to work there, i get it, no one wants to work but atleast try!! or fake it until you make it because people are spending their real money here. Will not be coming back to this location at 7645 Oswego Rd.
