  This location used to be such a great place to go to, but over the last 3 years its just gone downhill. I have not had a more disappointing experience here than I had today. The workers were miserable and threw my food together. I got barely any rice and a very large scoop of guac (which i normally wouldnt be upset about)… but it tasted like nothing… no flavor to it. Initially when they started making my food, the worker misheard me and put something else on my bowl… when i asked her to fix it, she got even more upset. I wont be coming back to this location again.

  The past few times I’ve gone to this specific chipotle I have had problems with the wait time. I placed my orders through the app and arrived at the time given on the app for pickup, but ended up standing there waiting for 25 minutes for my food. Maybe I wrong but, in my opinion, the reason you place an order through the app instead of going to order in person is that you can just walk in, pick up, and walk out. So, based on that I’m a bit confused as to why I was waiting for almost half an hour while everyone else was getting served. And for those thinking “well did you say you’re there for a pickup?” This time, no. The last time I went? Yes. The 3 workers that were standing right in front of me and looking at me as I said it didn’t even acknowledge me and acted like I wasn’t even there and I proceeded to wait even longer. The food has never been a problem for me, but this location seriously needs to re-evaluate how they run things because next time I’ll just have them refund me if they’re gonna waste my time.

  Small portion for my bowl whatever hair in my burrito is a problem though. Whoever has short curly brown hair doing doordash orders needs to wear a hair net

  I hardly ever write a bad review but the conditions of this place are disgusting and nasty. Trash all over the floors in the kitchen and dining area. The table they slide the orders on is filled with smeared food and getting on to the burrito orders. The steak is under cooked while the chicken is burnt... I saw an employee handle raw meat then cooked meat without changing gloves.. I called corporate on this location absolutely terrible

  This location is probably hands down the worst location I have ever been to. It’s always disgusting inside, they are always out of items during dinner rush, inconsistent, and poor customer service. I order a to go order online, and even gave them a extra 10 mins past my pick up time and I still had to wait a half hour (total wait time now from order placed to order received is now just over an hour). I get the food home and my steak bowl was pathetic looking. It didn’t even fill up half the bowl, I was given the wrong protein (I ordered steak and got chicken), I paid for double protein and there wasn’t even a single order of protein in there. There wasn’t maybe 6 pieces of chicken. So not only could they not get the protein right, they couldn’t even get the amount correct. I call the store, and the (I assume manager) offered to remake it tonight or remake it for another time. I chose to drive back and this is supposed to be my dinner. I drive back to the location with the wrong bowl in hand, I walk up to the counter and I explain the situation. A girl (whom I wasn’t even speaking to) asked if I was told if I had to wait in the line for them to remake it. I said no, he just told me to come in with a picture of the email to prove it was this location. She then walks away not saying another work. Almost 20 mins later the cashier asked if anyone came out and talked to me. I said no, not since I first got here. She walks out back talks to the manager who still at this time hasn’t spoken a word to me. He finally comes out and tells me I have to wait in the line for them to remake it. I am sorry, but that is HORRIBLE customer service. YOUR staff made my meal wrong and I have now been waiting a total of 1.5 hours to eat my meal. I wait in the dinner rush line, get up to order my food and they are out of the protein, and the sides I already paid extra to have. No refund was offered, instead I was offered a small soda cup (which cost the company what maybe 30 cents). I decline the cup and walk out. We are now 2 hours since I first ordered my food and I can now eat my food that still isn’t made correctly. It took me calling the corporate number and explaining everything that happened to get a refund for my meal. I will now drive out of my way to go to a different location. Also in the 2 hours I dealt with this location there were 4 other people that had to go up to the counter because their to go orders were missing items.
