Spring forward, getting a cup of coffee here entails a circuitous process of scrolling through the kiosk for almost 5 minutes.
One coffee, access menu, choose coffee, hot, cold, latte, etc, small, medium, large, wanted cream on side, how many ?, sugar, in store, to-go, if in store choose table number to drop off coffee to, pay, how, credit, app?
My order, one large, hot coffee, 5 cream on side (so that I can add based on brew concentration), to-go.
Good coffee, no line, 5 minutes navigating a kiosk menu.
Sad.
My complaint is not about the food itself. Yes, like many have said here they do mess up orders. My problem is the attitude of one specific employee that always gives me an attitude when I confront them on something THEY messed up on. She has her hair tied, slim, speaks fluent English and seems Hispanic/latino decent in her 20s. She rolled her eyes at me when she gave me the wrong size drink! (They gave me a medium sized drink with my large order multiple times and I’ve let it slide bc I didn’t notice until I got home. This time I noticed when she handed it to me and Not a single sorry. Just an eye roll and snatched it out of my hands! I’ve rarely had anyone act this way in the food business but with this girl it is all the time! Everyone else is fine, I’ve never had issues with anyone but her. This is NOT the first time mind you and I’m sure many have complained or had issues with her as well. For the first time in my life, I have filed a formal complaint with McDonald’s corporate because of her rude unprofessional behavior. She either needs to shut up and fix her attitude, get retrained and/or fired. I am waiting for a follow up. If no further action is taken I will continue to escalate these multiple issues with this one lady with corporate until she either changes her attitude, apologizes for her mistakes and her behavior and if that doesn’t work and she refuses to change, she is terminated. You work at a McDonalds honey you’re behavior is embarrassing lol don’t act like you’re something different😉
