I’ve never in my life waited so long for food for my kids and it’s every single time at this location… the building is disgusting and the staff are as well. Would rather drive 20 more mins to Herkimer if the kids want a treat ..

Had to wait 5 mins to get someone to take my order then waiting 10 mins to get my food why got my food sat down at table and food was cold. Horrible experience

Tonight while waiting over 25 minutes for our order, we watched one of the workers wipe their nose bare handed and then proceed to go back to packing the freshly cooked French fries. Customer spoke up to shift manager and requested that the worker go wash hands and make new French fries due to it was uncertain how long the worker had been being unsanitary and didn’t want to risk receiving food that possibly was contaminated with bodily fluids. Manager and worker both seemed annoyed with the request, however did follow through with the customer’s request.
