I was told my order wasn't made or paid for but yet a 30$ charge to my bank account. Idk what's going on in there but with 4 to 6 employess they'd better get their acts together before corporate shuts them down.

- KLKathleen LewisDec 31, 20251.0Went through the drive thru today because I was starving and desperate which is the only reason I would visit this McDonald's. Waited over 30 minutes for the cars in front of me just to find out the girl working the drive thru window had just given my food to the car in front of me. However I appreciate her efforts of chasing the car down and getting my food back, I don't want food that has already been in someone else's car and possession. I politely told her as much but could hear them talking when she closed the window. They remade my sandwich which as it turns out was NOT what I ordered, which was a big mac no onions add tomato, it was covered in onions, so I got cold stale frech fries and a sprite for $11 and an almost 40 minute wait. And just an FYI from someone who has and still does work in food service, you NEVER give a customer food that was given to someone else accidently unless its someone sitting at the same table with them, you have NO idea what has transpired since it left your possession, you ALWAYS remake their order.
