Ordered vented and they were out. Ordered a latte then politely asked if I could change the flavor because they had a flavor out stores did not have. She comes back and said you can’t change from mocha to chestnut praline after you already ordered. I didn’t think it wa that big. Of a deal. They were not busy and every other thing I asked for they didn’t have. Especially when you’re paying $9 for a coffee. Really annoyed.
