  The owner is very rude and she doesn’t know how to deal with customers I hope they get shut down

  Wow.Is common decency a thing of the past. Twice I have been to this location. Unfortunately, the prior reviews are true . The first time the Male owner was over the top rude having a childish meltdown. I was with my 80 yr old mother and was so embarrassed. The second time I came for the daily special on display in the window . I was told the sandwich do not come with all the topping selections and that there were no refills on the soda. The lady probably because she is questioned on this all the time was a bit aggressive. I don’t blame her . I have been 25+ yrs as a patron with Subway . Also an OTR driver I have eaten my fair share of Subway 40+ locations across the USA. This is the treatment my money deserves? I’d rather drive further , pay or eat somewhere else.

  I’m not saying anything other reviewers haven’t already pointed out, but seriously, stay far away from this Subway location. The girl I’ve dealt with a few times now is consistently rude and difficult to work with. Each visit turns into a frustrating experience where I have to repeat my order over and over just to get it right. Today was the last straw. She put the wrong cheese on my sandwich and initially refused to remake it, insisting I pay for her mistake. After several minutes of back-and-forth, she finally agreed to fix it, but then tried to sneak the incorrect sandwich onto my bill anyway, along with additional charges. The total came out to $75 for a footlong and two six-inch subs, which is obviously not correct. When I questioned it, her response was simply, “everything has gone up in price.” I declined to overpay and left. There’s another Subway just a few minutes away in Babylon that is so much better, I’ll be going there from now on.

  Go to this location is to get robbed. I ordered a 12 inch sub and only got the meatballs for a 6-inch and they said that's all that comes on at 12 in it's four meatballs had to go to another Subway and get the correct order. To all that order meatball heroes there are eight meatballs that come on a 12-in sub.

  This subway is the worst. Used to order here all the time until the workers informed me not to order after 8pm. Because they dont get paid for overtime. Why is that my issue? You close at 11. Ordered today 3/22/26. Ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub on Italian herb and cheese bread. Picked up my order to get home and see... first red flag. Plain bread. Second theres literally only 4 pieces of chicken in a whole foot long sub. What exactly did I pay for? Where's my chicken? I come to the store they refuse to refund me. They refuse to remake my sandwich. Its just an oh well. Subway you just lost a customer. Ill never step foot in your store again. Guys save your money and go elsewhere.
