  On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed one person handle the money then handle my food, sneeze in hand or touch multiple surfaces. All with the same gloves on. I will no longer eat at location due to the continuous unsanitary habits I’ve witnessed. i’ve also gotten really sick from this restaurant. Hygienic training should definitely be implemented more here.

  I'm not trying to knock anybody and I'm sure the owners of this franchise are trying really hard. But I would think it would be best if they hired some help. I walked in, waited about 15 minutes and wasn't greeted. The gentleman at the front was running back and forth and there was a woman in the back who was working as well. It's very odd. There's nowhere to sit in there almost as if they just want you to take your food and leave. You would think maybe have two tables so people can order and sit inside to eat. At least the one across the street used to have that before it be came a tropical smoothie Cafe. I wound up not ordering anything and just left.

  I went in to pick up a doordash order from there last Saturday night and I told the one guy in there that I was picking up the order he didn't say anything about the wait time then I waited for the food and then my uncle came in the store and then the guy in there said it was going to be 20 minutes for the order when he didn't even tell how long it was going to take and he was a lier

  Love that Pizza Hut opened close to me again! I have had no issues with this location and they always check the order before they give it to you which is great so you know everything is right before you leave! So happy to have this location!

  I’ve tried this location three different times and the experience has been consistently disappointing. The customer service is extremely poor, and my order has been wrong most of the time. I ordered a pan pizza each visit, but two out of the three times I was given the wrong thing. When I pointed it out, the employee insisted I was wrong and said, “This is how we do it here.” That doesn’t make sense, because other Pizza Hut locations clearly distinguish their pan pizza from hand-tossed crust. The pizza I received looked like a hand-tossed crust, not a pan pizza. I even tried to show him what the pan pizza is supposed to look like, and he dismissed it, saying the photos weren’t real. At that point it was clear they had no interest in fixing the issue or acknowledging the mistake. I’ll be reporting this location to corporate because the service and quality are far below what you expect from Pizza Hut. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
