I went in expecting a decent meal. Nothing crazy, just something solid. What I got was the exact opposite.
First, the wait was ridiculous. Not the kind where you’re busy or understand what’s going on, just slow, disorganized, and no one really seemed to care. Restaurant was empty. By the time the food came out, I was already annoyed.
Then the burger showed up. It looked bad right away. Falling apart before I even touched it. I picked it up and it basically collapsed in my hands. One bite in, and I honestly couldn’t believe how tasteless it was. No seasoning, no flavor, just bland and weird. And somehow it also had this gross aftertaste that made it even worse. It was also cold. Like it had been sitting there forever before they brought it out. The fries arrived minutes after my burger and after one fry, I was completely disgusted.
I thought maybe the salad would at least be safe. Nope. Brown, wilted, and just sad looking. You could tell it wasn’t fresh. At that point, I was done.
I ended up feeling sick minutes later and spent the next 30 mins in the bathroom sick…
This place feels like it’s given up. Nothing about the food or the service says they care anymore. It honestly feels like it’s on its way out, and after this experience, that wouldn’t surprise me at all. Even the manager came to our table after we complained and basically said “Yea, we know the food sucks” but don’t worry, they will try better next time….. yea there won’t be a next time for us….
There are way too many better options to waste your time here.

It's been there for many many years. The food is consistent and the service is fine but when are busy the waits are brutal. It's still has the same atmosphere it had 20 years ago. The food is good and it's a different option

For reference: I’ve never even written a bad google review, so for me to get out of the way to do it just goes to show how treacherous my experience was!
My sister ordered the chilli as a side, and it was disappointing to say the least. There was oil pooled to the top, and the meat was so tough and tasted so old.
She asked to get mash potatoes instead, just like me and my other guest got. When we got our entrees, the steaks were fine, but the mash potatoes literally looked like slop. They had a putrid smell to them. I told my server, and when she agreed they didn’t look right. The manager came over too and agreed and offered us new sides which was nice. My question is if both workers noticed before serving that it was not edible, why even serve us it!?! Like, where is your standards? I have every reason to assume that they were serving old food, probably from last night or longer. Then, my sister and other guest got coffee, and there were so many coffee grounds in it. Everything was just terrible, and I even felt embarrassed to keep on telling the server! I didn’t want them to think I was exaggerating or lying… it truly was just so bad. The cook definitely has no standards whatsoever. I went into the restaurant being backed up, came home running to the bathroom!! Unacceptable.

Food was the most vile food I’ve ever had . Mash potatoes were watery slop . So disgusting . Chill was filled with oil and meat was not edible . Manager was understanding and got us new sides but to even serve this slop in the first place is unacceptable. We could’ve gotten so sick . I will never return . Coffee was gross too filled with coffee grounds , how can you mess up coffee that bad?
