    My order is always correct, but I don’t know why this particular location always takes over 30 minutes to prepare the meal regardless if I’m in store or in the drive-through. Still five star service though everyone who works at the drive-through is great.

    Placed order with new annoying self service menu. I pay cash. Don't said pay at register...I waited for food for 30 minutes. Kept asking where my order is had 4 hungry kids ..the guy finally says you never paid I alsaid yes that's why I'm been standing here at register waiting to pay and told you that 4 times ...I left. Going to burger king

    The black guy at the window (I believe his name is malique according to the receipt) kept asking me if I want my change , why would I not want my $, even if it’s 3 cents ? Like they sound like they need it more than you or something. It’s like they’re tryna make you feel poor for saying “ yes I want my money back” that’s not something they should be asking. They didn’t put utensils in the bag; I ordered a bowl. The other night I ordered had to wait an hour, and then they said it was taking so long because they’re busy. When you can specifically see them taking their time with no sense of urgency and the black guy cleaning the table, if it’s so busy why are they cleaning tables for an hour at 3 am ?

    I just ordered a door dash delivery from here and it was amazing, not only did I get my food within less than 10 minutes my food came hot and it was so good. I would absolutely recommend getting from this taco bell
