  First of all, very appalled with this location jacking up the price is more than others second while I was getting my sandwich made, and ask her to make it how I want it with a lot of chipotle sauce they have the audacity to be judging how much I want on it Like I won’t tell you how to eat your food don’t be telling me how to eat mine very rude never coming to this location again and I wouldn’t recommend giving them service. Also had barely put any meat on my sandwich.

  Got here around 10:20pm they close at 11pm on Sunday, the workers driver was parked in 2 spots and as I get out my car they proceed to tell me they the store is closed, made me feel a bit awkward… idk what kinda bs is this but I drove in the cold for nothing, last time I was here there was a roach in the cookie jar and I was gonna let that slide because the lady is nice here but not today this big back is hungry and I’m pissed now.

  I have been going to this subway for YEARS. For the most part, always had a decent interaction with the workers until today. I saw a promo for a free footlong sub through a subscription I have, and you can only get it if you order online. I rarely order online and didn't see the issue. When I went to pickup my order, the lady who I usually interact with was SO RUDE, saying I have never spent money there and never ordered online, and how she's never seen my name on an online order so I shouldn't have gotten a free sandwich, and was almost about to fight with me about it. I told her I have literally have been frequenting this store since I was a child and even into my adult life, and she was rude and just handed me the sandwich begrudgingly. It was the most unsatisfying sandwich, and even the bread was incorrect. They just lost an almost 20 year customer because of this interaction. I don't normally write bad reviews but was just awful. How can someone talk to a customer like that, regardless of how long they've been going there or HOW THEY ORDERED.

  heed the warnings, this may be the worst Subway in NY. $30 for 2 subs and less meat than a usual 6" between the two of them! Absolutely rude people running the place, garbage sandwiches but a very nice and clean store. Unfortunately, we will never give this place a second chance and if you were smart, you would not waste your time at this train wreck!
