- MMMike Morel2 days ago2.0Cashier , Not welcoming and for being a cashier that takes orders a bit rude. Very short staffed , after I placed an order was told a minimum of 30 minute wait. I noticed Several people where waiting for there food. Dine in /seat in area was less than ideal. Owner operator was no where in site, bit embarrassing for a national chain. I wouldn’t recommend this location. The hostess was very nice and apologetic .

Even if the cook is not going to hold themselves to a certain level the manager on duty should be quality checking the product.

I asked to do loaded fries with just bacon and cheese and told me she had no idea what I was talking about, scoffed, rolled her eyes, started to throw a tantrum and told me there was no button for bacon and cheese and could give me fries with a side of cheese. Please fire her

Despite being swamped with so many orders and making milkshakes he remained upbeat. He was polite and efficient moving back and forth between bagging orders and the register. His service was amazing and appreciated.
