I asked for a large but got a medium and got charged a dollar to correct it even though it’s less than a dollar difference. Then what I received was just extra ice and it was not even filled to the top of the cup. Typically I love dunkin but this location has a tendency to over charge and have poor customer service.

- AMagee mariieeAug 21, 20251.0Every single time i order from here my orders wrong, they over charge for whipped cream then don't give it to you in your drink, they don't advise you of any up charge, but have no problem trying to throw out your receipt so you don’t see the charge. The caramel iced latte is literally promoted with the whipped cream on it. The drive through is super slow with barely any cars in the morning. It’s the only drive through Dunkin on the way to work for alot of people besides Starbucks on 109. Guess I’ll be switching back to Starbucks.
