    No words are really needed here because the picture says it all. I was immediately disgusted and disappointed with the presentation and lack of customer service. The food looks a mess and the staff have attitude when preparing your food. They often times toss food carelessly the bowl then hand you that messy bowl with the lid not properly on. I remember a time where this would be considered absolutely unacceptable for Chipotle standards. The prices went up while presentation and customer service standards went down. Such a shame because I truly enjoyed eating here.

    I have bought burrito bowls from this chipotle 2 times now and both times, the orders have come back with the rice under cooked. Horrible experience.
