- NMNicole MistrettaMay 29, 20221.0If I could give this establishment no stars, I would. Each time I have ordered a cake from this location it has NEVER been available the day of the pick up. I made no complaint today because I should know better at this point, however, when I returned to the store after the time the staff said the cake I ordered would arrive from another location, the owner/manager had the audacity to be extremely rude to me AND made no apology for my inconvenience. Additionally, she also spoke disrespectfully to her employees which was not surprising, but still disgraceful. Lady, you should be extremely grateful you can coast by the company’s overall reputation. I will no longer support any of your franchise locations.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
