If you are paying by cash, remember cash people, you will wait after being ignored for 2 to 3 minutes. Try to get a. Employee attention with eye contact for the first 30 seconds, does not work. Saying with a loud and polite voice, "Hello!," gets their attention, but still have to wait for someone authorized to run the till. After finally getting someone to take your order and no apologies for the wait, be prepared to wait about 12 minutes to receive your child's happy meal. Why does it take so long, no clue and no apologies. This similar situation has happened three times over the past two months. Also getting only one or two ketchup packets is a joke for a medium or large French fries.
