I ordered for pickup and explained that I have food allergies. The person on the phone said, no problem. Sushi is usually a safe food for anyone with gluten allergies, so I assumed it would be fine. When I picked up my food, the receipt said gluten free. But the actual food and soy sauce was not labeled, AND most importantly- after I took a bite, I realized there was panko in my roll. When I called to ask, they confirmed it was not gluten-free. So 1) no lunch for me and 2) I'm at risk for cancer and other serious illnesses 3) they didn't even offer to refund me. This place is more expensive than their competitors, and they obviously do not take food allergies seriously. I will not order from there ever again.

I came here to have dinner with my husband for our anniversary and wanted to have a great time overall. The food was great but I was extremely disgusted and disgruntled to see how the management at this establishment treats their employees. You can hear the manager scream at one of the employees, sweetest girl by the way, and it truly just ruined the experience and atmosphere. Management needs to do a better job.

I had a great experience at Ginza. The food was excellent and everything we ordered was fresh and well prepared. The drinks were phenomenal, and the highlight of the night was when the owner made me a pistachio shot that I had never had before. It was unique and honestly one of the best shots I’ve tried.
The ambiance was relaxed with a really nice vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy good food, good drinks, and just have a great time without it feeling overly formal.
This was my first time visiting. A friend of mine who comes here often invited me, and I can see why he keeps coming back. I’ll definitely be returning.

Ginza in Levitown has some of the absolute best sushi in the area! I’ve taken several trips into Manhattan for high end Omakase Michelin star Omakase, so I thoroughly enjoy top-notch sushi, and I can honestly say with Ginza so close to home there is no reason to take that trip into Manhattan! They have something for everyone from your basic rolls to specialty rolls and then of course the top notch cuts of all the prime fish! We’re talking high quality Japanese Uni, O-toro, Shima Aji, A5 wagyu, Osetra caviar and so much more
The restaurant is immaculate. The staff is wonderful and the owners are absolutely fantastic, great people! For the best experience, sit at the sushi bar and say hello to Patrick. My go to order there is the sushi and sashimi Omakase platter with all of the best cuts that day! Every other Sunday night, they do a sit down course by course Omakase dinner at the sushi bar. It is worth calling up and getting reservations, it is absolutely fantastic!
