- LLLaurieSep 24, 20252.0Taco Bell isn't what it used to be and that is saying a lot. You now need to order yourself on a computer which takes longer and is especially difficult for elderly people. It asks you if you want sauce but if you do, don't assume that it will be in the bag with your food as you have to know that you still need to get that yourself. The people who work there are nice but there is little to no interaction with them because of the new system. The food is now generally soggy and by the time you get home, broken so that the inside spills all over. The place used to be filled especially at lunch time but each time we've been there maybe 3-4 tables are being used. Sad because we used to enjoy Taco Bell years ago. Prices are also crazy but that is everywhere. Now we very rarely go there. You are better off making your own tacos today.
