- KKkelseyDec 15, 20251.0this place used to be great before covid. then they started hiring lazy teenagers. i understand what its like to not wanna serve customers right before closing or have to stay late, especially in the food industry but you cannot act the way these employees act. running away and pretending to not see a customer and be in the area, and then pretending to run out of something just because you dont wanna make it is shady and lazy. i had a previous issue where they turned the oven off an HOUR before they closed after i placed a mobile order and told me it was "procedure". the manager called after my email complaint and said it was not procedure and he didnt know why they did that. the kid was also literally mopping over my feet as i was standing there asking why i couldnt just get the food i paid for and he told me to get a refund. i had to drive out to another dunkin that night after an exhausting shift. the door also says they close at 10 but online says they close at 11 and we called to verify and nobody picked up. do better dunkin, and hire people who are actually willing to and want to work
