I did not realize this until I pulled up to the drive thru. The app wouldn't let me cancel the order because the Batavia McDonald's had already started preparing my order. I went inside the Leroy McDonald's and explained my situation to Tristan and they didn't even hesitate to correct the problem. No sooner did I finish explaining what happened Tristan started preparing my order to fix the situation. It's service like this that makes a restaurant and the manager corp truly special. I very much appreciate everything Tristan did for me and my grandkids. Thank you..
