  Quality is never consistent and the workers there dont give a damn about the customers. No working number to call to speak to a manager

  I’ve had very mixed experiences at this restaurant, some staff members are clearly very well trained and do their job well, others constantly mess up orders and charge for an entire sandwich for a sausage patty. I really wanna put this location higher than one star bc when the food is good it’s good, but with the amount of times they’ve messed up our orders I cannot bring myself to rate it higher than one star. I hope this location does improve and the problems with staff can be corrected. Until then though Im likely not returning to this location and would have a very hard time recommending it to anyone

  Rarely come here because the food is always burnt or my coffee is made wrong. Went through drive thru for the first time in months and the guy at the window called me "fella" and "man" when im clearly a woman. Made me feel really awesome.

Every time I visit, I'm greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, even during the busiest hours. It's clear that these ladies work incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly. They handle long lines and complicated orders with remarkable efficiency and a positive attitude that brightens my day. I'm always impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it's remembering my usual order or offering helpful suggestions, they consistently provide top-notch customer service. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about making each customer's experience a great one. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and it's all thanks to their dedication and teamwork. It's not just about the coffee and donuts (though those are always delicious!); it's about the people who make the experience so enjoyable. So, thank you to the amazing ladies at Dunkin' for your hard work, positive energy, and commitment to excellence. I truly appreciate each and every 1 of you.

  UNBELIEVABLE!! I placed an order through the app hoping to have a quick drive thru visit. My order processed through my card but did not process in the app somehow. I had proof I was charged literally minutes before I came to the store. I went in (had my baby in my arms and everything) and explained to the employees what happened and they basically told me "not our problem" and told me to "Google it" in order to fix the issue. Seriously??? Based on reviews, I see I'm not the only one struggling with this location being total garbage. Its unfortunate that they have basically free range to be total jerks that make gross under flavored drinks or undercooked food because they have no competition close by. I will be contacting corporate. All I wanted was some donuts for my kids on the weekend and it turned into a whole thing ... Edited to add: There was a post made on a local FB page concerning this location and the recent "glowing reviews" are friends/partners of the employees.
